1.  First time taking NAV Certification - need your help

Hi,

I have connected to a proctoru and unfortunately I was not able to take the exam.
Everything were check and it seems all fine but when I was ask to login to dynamicspro.cirrusplatform.com/delivery/login
my account is invalid. Requesting for guidance at proctoru support - but they cannot help me as well.

Does anyone have same experience? and how to got about this? your reply and sharing is deeply appreciated.

@Sheila Limbaga I am so sorry to hear you had troubles taking the exam.  Dorin is correct in that we recently did some updates.  Those are now complete and you should be able to take the exam.  I can help you get rescheduled through ProctorU.  I will follow up with you separately.
